KEVIN KEEFER

Principal

MR KEEFER HAS OVER 30 YEARS OF HOSPITALITY DEVELOPMENT, MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL EXPERTISE. ADDITIONALLY, HE IS THE CO-FOUNDER OF HUNTINGTON HOTEL GROUP FOR THE PAST 14 YEARS, MR KEEFER HAS DEVELOPED AND OPERATED 13 MARRIOTT AND HILTON SELECT SERVICE HOTELS IN CALIFORNIA AND GREATER WASHINGTON DC.

Prior to forming Huntington Hospitality Group, Mr. Keefer was the Chief Financial Officer for Westbrooke Hospitality Corporation. In addition, he served as Executive Vice President of Hospitality Financial Information Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westbrooke, with a staff of 20 professional and clerical associates responsible for financial reporting, data processing, cash management banking relationships, internal audits and control and accounting functions for 60 hotels managed by Westbrooke. During his tenure with Westbrooke, he played a key role in developing business strategies and financial investment opportunities.

Mr. Keefer is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business.

BRENT ANDRUS

Principal

BRENT ANDRUS IS AN EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE WITH 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FROM THREE FORTUNE 100 COMPANIES INCLUDING PROCTER & GAMBLE, GENERAL MILLS AND MARRIOTT CORP, ALONG WITH YEARS OF HOTEL AND REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE. PRIOR TO HHG, MR. ANDRUS SERVED MARRIOTT IN SENIOR OPERATING POSITIONS AND LATER AS THE TOP MARKETING/SALES EXECUTIVE FOR THEIR COURTYARD HOTEL DIVISION. ADDITIONALLY, MR. ANDRUS BECAME COURTYARD'S FIRST FRANCHISE PARTNER FOR THE 184 ROOM DALLAS MARKET CENTER COURTYARD.

Before joining Marriott, Mr. Andrus served as Vice President of Marketing for General Mills' European operations and Executive Vice President/General Manager of Parker Brothers Toy Company. Before working at General Mills, Mr. Andrus served in Proctor & Gamble's marketing department upon receiving his MBA from Northwestern University, where he as an Austin Scholar.

PATRICIA S. SANTINI

Vice President - Administration

MS. SANTINI IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LEGAL ADMINISTRATION AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT FOR HHG AND HAS BEEN AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE COMPANY SINCE ITS INCEPTION. PRIOR TO JOINING HUNTINGTON, MS. SANTINI WAS CO-OWNER OF REAL ESTATE RX SERVICES, A RESTAURANT, RETAIL AND ENTERTAINMENT DEVELOPMENT/CONSULTING FIRM IN DALLAS. SERVING THE PRIOR TEN YEARS AS PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS, CLUBS AND RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS AND PROVIDING MANAGEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, SHE HAS DEVELOPED A BROAD SPECTRUM OF EXPERTISE IN THE REAL ESTATE FIELD.

MICHAEL SIEGEL

Vice President - Operations

MR. SIEGEL IS VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS FOR HHG AND HAS 25 YEARS IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE. MR. SIEGEL BEGAN WORKING WITH MR. ANDRUS IN 1991 AS MANAGER OF THE COURTYARD-DALLAS MARKET CENTER.

Prior to working for Mr. Andrus, Mr. Siegel served a total of 11 years in management for Marriott hotels. Mr. Siegel attended Claremont College in San Diego, California majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.

TOBY CHENG

VP of Sales & Marketing

MR. CHENG JOINED THE COMPANY IN 2010 AS THE DIRECTOR OF SALES FOR THE COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT IN CAMPBELL, CA, AND WAS PROMOTED TO AREA DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING IN 2011.

He has many years of hospitality industry experience managing and coordinating sales and marketing departments for more than 40 Marriott and Hilton branded properties in northern California. Prior to that, he served as a Realtor and Loan Consultant, assisting clients in the purchase / sale of investment properties. Mr. Cheng received a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. Mr. Cheng has relocated to the company's Las Colinas office.

EDWARD YU

VP of FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS

MR. YU JOINED THE COMPANY AS A FINANCIAL ANALYST AND HAS MOVED ON TO BECOMING THE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS.

Prior to joining Huntington Hotel Group, Mr. Yu was involved with a boutique investment banking firm in New York and Dallas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He is based in the company's Las Colinas office.

DAVID SMITH

Advisors to the Principals

MR. SMITH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HOTEL SITE ACQUISITIONS FOR HUNTINGTON HOTEL GROUP. HE ALSO PARTICIPATES IN SITE ENTITLEMENT ADMINISTRATION AND EXCESS RETAIL SITE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATION. HE WAS A FOUNDER AND OWNER OF A MAJOR SAN DIEGO BASED REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE COMPANY IN 1985 (BUSINESS REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE COMPANY) AND HAS OVER 25 YEARS OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIZING IN LAND ACQUISITION AND ENTITLEMENT. HE HAS BEEN A LICENSED CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE BROKER SINCE 1979.

Mr. Smith attended San Diego State University with a Business Marketing Degree and went on to become Founder and Owner of Business Real Estate Brokerage Company, a major San Diego-based real estate brokerage company.

Mr. Smith became a California licensed Real Estate Broker at Business Properties Brokerage Company with an emphasis in industrial land sales and industrial/R&D facility leasing.

With Mr. Smith's vast real estate career, he has brokered approximately $1.2 billion in total transactions, which include 400 acres of industrial land sales and one million square feet of successful lease negotiations. His wealth of knowledge and expertise is essential to Huntington's site selection.

SUSAN PEREZ

Regional Vice President - Operations

AS REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, MS. PEREZ HAS OVERSIGHT OF THE COMPANY'S TEXAS, FLORIDA AND KANSAS HOTELS.

Ms. Perez joined affiliates of the company as an intern in 1993 and has held a position in Sales, Food & Beverage, as well as opened three Fairfield Inns before becoming the dual General Manager of the Courtyard and Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Dallas Market Center. Ms. Perez graduated from University of North Texas with a degree in hospitality management.

CYNTHIA ANDERSON

Regional Vice President - Sales & Marketing

CYNTHIA ANDERSON IS REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES. SHE OVERSEES SALES AND MARKETING FOR OUR PORTFOLIO OF HOTELS.

Prior to joining Huntington, she was Director of Sales for five property markets; primarily Marriott and Hilton select service hotels. Previously she acted as Regional Director of Sales for California, Nevada and Arizona. Ms. Anderson graduated from Sacramento State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a management concentration.

MALLORY CLARK

Regional VP

MS. CLARK JOINED THE COMPANY IN 2011 AS SALES MANAGER FOR THE FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT IN LAS COLINAS, TX AND WAS PROMOTED TO DUAL DIRECTOR OF SALES FOR THE COURTYARD AND FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES BY MARRIOTT DALLAS MARKET CENTER IN 2014.

She has since acted as Area Director of Sales for multiple properties within the Dallas/Fort Worth markets. Ms. Clark graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts.

ANDY SIMPSON

Director of Development

MR. SIMPSON JOINED THE COMPANY IN 2021 AS DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

He is a project manager with extensive experience with large complex projects for private and public sector clients with skills in project financial forecasting, contract negotiations, project reporting, scheduling, and coordination with Architects, Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to align and execute project goals. He is an excellent leader with strong communication and motivation skills.

Alan Krzesinski

Corporate Director, Revenue Management

MR. KRZESINSKI JOINED THE COMPANY IN 2019 AS THE CORPORATE REVENUE MANAGEMENT LEAD

He has many years of hospitality industry experience in operations and revenue optimization both on-property and at the regional level. Mr. Krzesinski received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s Business Administration in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. He is based in the company’s Las Colinas office.

Chris Johnson

Area Director of Operations

Mr. Johnson who has over 20 years of hospitality experience originally joined Huntington Hotel Group as a Front Desk Agent early in his career. After serving as the Managing Director for a hotel company in his native Sweden, Mr. Johnson returned to Huntington Hotel Group in 2018. Prior to this Mr. Johnson worked in various leadership roles at a multitude of Marriott and Hilton branded hotels throughout Southern California. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership.

Melissa Maynard

Regional Revenue Manager

Ms. Maynard joined the company in 2020 as a Regional Revenue Manager with over 30 years of hospitality industry experience ranging from Operations, Sales & Events and Revenue Management. Experience has touched on introducing some of the first Extended Stay models into the market, to operating and selling Full-Service properties, and Revenue managing Mobile 5-star 5-diamond locations. She has worked with properties all over the country from West Virginia to California, and currently finds herself managing a mix of select service Marriott and Hilton properties.

Originally from Southwest Ohio, Melissa graduated with an AA in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, prior to relocating to Los Angeles. After a decade, she returned to Southwest Ohio where she currently resides with her blended family.

Toni Forster

Regional Revenue Manager

As a Corporate Revenue Manager, Toni is responsible for a select portfolio of Hilton and Marriott branded hotels to analyze data and implement detailed strategies designed to drive RevPAR and maximize profitability for each hotel. Two decades of hands-on hotel experience began at the Front Desk, and Toni made her way up through every level of on property operations and sales for multiple properties and opened new hotels. She moved from General Manager/Director of Sales to the corporate level revenue management discipline in 2015 and has successfully managed Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and Choice branded hotels across 15 states and in 50+ markets.
